If one of our products does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately.
As soon as we are aware of the problem, we will do everything we can to correct it (but you have to let us know).
We know your time is valuable so we promise we won't drag our feet.
If the problem can't be fixed, we ask that you return the product for exchange or for a full refund of the purchase price (the choice is YOURS). Shipping & Handling charges will not be credited as UPS still charges us whether you ordered the correct product or not.
PaymentStuff.com will ALWAYS attempt to ship your order the same business day it is placed. At the same time, any orders placed after 3:00 pm Central time may not make that days shipments and will go out the following day. Any orders placed on holidays or weekends will be shipped the following business day. To confirm when your order will be shipped, please e-mail or call us.
